Q Care Management Inc. offers a service to help with keeping your phone lines open and patients happy. Our Customized Virtual Medical Call Center is designed to improve patient communication relations. Services are designed to be customized to your health center workflow. 

• Health Center main phone line will roll over to Q Care Call Rep after a predetermined amount of rings.

• Q Care will answer inbound calls identifying as a Call Rep from the Health Center to create continuity.

• Q Care Call Rep will access the EMR so that they can send messages, schedule, and communicate with the Health Center based on the practice workflow and procedures.
